I have always wanted a really good knife, as I'm tired of thing's being hard …

This is an incredible knife. I do a lot of cooking being retired and 70 years old. I have always wanted a really good knife, as I'm tired of thing's being hard to cut etc. When this knife was delivered their was a slight problem that I did not understand. I emailed them about 11 pm that night, and a gentleman, Sam emailed me back in 1 1/2 hours that night. Not understanding everything he was saying, the emails went back and forth for 3 days. I can't believe that their is finally a company that vales their reputation, and takes the time to help someone that buy's their products. I strongly suggest that if you are looking for a quality kitchen knife, this is the knife for you. BE CAREFUL this knife is sharp, and I suggest that after each use you DON'T put it in the dish washer hand wash and hand dry only.
